1. Introduction
- The IFSAEE – KSDL Lecture Series is a prestigious academic initiative established in 2021 by the Institute for Social and Academic Excellence (IFSAEE) to honor the legacy, educational vision, and leadership of “Karmyogi”
- This Lecture Series aims to promote academic enrichment, value-based education, leadership awareness, and social consciousness among students, teachers, and institutions across India.
- The initiative provides Financial Assistance to Institutions to organize structured lecture sessions in Offline or Online mode. specially IFSAEE Membership Partner Only
2. Purpose of the Lecture Series
The primary purpose of this Lecture Series is:
- To promote quality education, academic excellence, and value-based learning
- To motivate students, teachers, and youth towards social responsibility and ethical leadership
- To encourage institutions to host intellectual platforms for knowledge exchange
- To recognize and commemorate the Karmyogi philosophy of Principal Dr. Shivaji Dalnar

9. Basic Eligibility Conditions
To apply under this scheme, the Institution must:
- Be a recognized educational institution
- Commit to organize the Lecture Series as per IFSAEE guidelines
- Ensure a minimum of 150 participants (Offline) / 300 participants (Online)
- Agree to submit a Report & Utilization Certificate after completion

11. Disbursement of Funds

14. Responsibilities of Institution
- Plan and conduct lectures as per schedule

- Display IFSAEE Banner & Title during the event
- Submission of final report & utilization certificate

- Provide financial assistance
- Provide approved themes & guidelines
- May provide expert speakers if required
- Issue certificates to participants
